Drinking Mineral Water Blowing Filling Capping Machine Combi
To meet customers' requirement that the blow molding machine should be high speed and energy saving, China-Beverage develops fully automatic rotary blow molding machine, which combines the filling and capping machine together in one combiblock system, mainly for the drinking water, CSD and beverage filling line. The advantage of this equipment is that it is highly intelligentized, with stable performance, high efficiency and low production cost, and achieves the national food sanitation standards. It is the preferred choice for the large and middle scale beverage production line.
It can be applied for PET Bottled drinking water, CSD, Juice, Tea, Liquid milk, etc.
1,The machine frame is a welded structure of high quality carbon steel with the surface anti-rust treated and coated. The machine frame is wrapped with stainless steel sheet (SUS304).
2,Driving system of the 3-in-1 Unit is positioned under the machine table. One main motor provides driving power via gear transmission.
2,The gear transmission system is an interleaved arrangement of steel gears and nylon gears.
4,The output shaft of the main motor is equipped overload protection to secure machine safety.
By combining functions of blowing, filling, and capping into one machine, it has the advantages of simpler operation, lighter packaging material, lower energy consumption, more reliable quality, higher efficiency, smaller floor space, fewer operation, adn less operation cost. The machine is equipped with safety door and alarm device, ensuring the safety of workers to the largest extend.

7. Key points automatic lubrication.
► Filling system
1). Filling machine adopts gravity filling way, the bottle mouth rises to open filling valve, then filling starts. When the material rises and plugs up to air returning hole, the filling stops; and then the bottle moves down, leaves from the filling valves, which means the whole filling process is finished.
2). High-speed and high-precision filling valve: 200ml/s, ± 2mm.

5). The arrangement of steel gear and nylon gear is chiastic to reduce noise.
► Capping system
1). Full bottles will enter capping machine via transition starwheel. The anti-rotation knife of capper blocks bottle neck to keep bottle vertical and prevent rotation. Capping heads keep revolution and do rotation. Under effect of cam, the action of gripping cap, sleeve cap, screwing cap and discharging cap to finish the whole capping process. The finished bottles are deliveryed via bottle-out starwheel onto bottle-out conveyor, and then are sent out of the blowing-filling-capping combiblock system.
