Overview
The 3-in-1 mineral water filling and packing machine, which is mainly composed of bottle rinsing, filling and capping, and automatically composed in one body of the machine. It is used to produce mineral water, purified water, and other non-gas beverage. The 3-in-1 monoblock can reduce the materials and outsiders touch time, improve the sanitary conditions, production capacity and economic efficiency.

Advantage

A. Direct connection technology between air conveyor and in-feeding starwheel is applied to replace in-feeding screw and conveying chain to ease bottle changing process with only to change few parts. Newly-designed bottle-separating grippers are assembled to starwheel.
B.We adopts Neck-hanging technology in bottle transportation. Instead of traditional starwheel, we use neck-hanging gripper to make bottle-size-changing easily , without equipment height adjustment ,only few parts need to be adjusted
C. Specially-designed rinser grippers which are made of stainless steel are firm and endurable, with no contact to screw part of the bottle to prevent second pollution.
D. High-speed, easily-cleaned filling valves with big flow volume are equipped with well CIP system and control system to rinse the equipment thoroughly.
E. splint of starwheel using twist descending way to simplify the process of bottle-size-changing. Only need to change arch board and starwheel, within ten minutes.

 

Working process

 

►Bottle rinsing machine

 

1.The rotary wheel is SUS304 stainless steel welded structure.

2. The machine applies unique overturning bottle clamp, which is an innovation of our company. This bottle clamp grips bottle at neck position, avoiding bottle mouth thread contamination caused by rubber gripper block of a traditional bottle clamp. Made of SUS304 stainless steel, this bottle clamp is hygienic and durable.

3. The high efficiency atomizing spay nozzle installed on bottle clamp is capable of cleaning any part of bottle inner wall, and also saves rinsing water.

4. All sliding bushes of lifting device use Igus (Germany) anti-corrosion maintenance free bearing.

5. The rinsing machine is driven by driving system positioned inside machine frame via gear transmission.

►Bottle filling machine

 

1. Rotary wheel fully made of stainless steel SUS304.

2. Gravity filling method.

3. Water filling valves are made of SUS316L.

4. Water filling valves are reasonably structured with accurate filling.

5. Water filling flow can reach 200ml/s.

6. Bottles go up and down in the function of cam through elevator, to process filling with contact to bottle-mouth.

7. Level of cylinder is controlled with float-ball.

8. Filling machine is driven through gears inside the machine frame.

9. Link-wheels in rinser, filler and capper are transported in ringed support of bottle-neck


 ►Bottle capping machine

 

Capping machine is with highest precision, influence very much with the stability and reliability of the filling monoblock. Our capper features as follows:

 

1. Cap distributing chute is equipped with reverse cap stop and reverse cap pick-out mechanism.

2. Cap distributing chute is equipped with a photocell switch to stop the capper when there is no cap inside the chute.

3. The capping machine is equipped with inlet bottle detection switch.

4. Centrifugal way of cap arranging is adopted to reduce damage of caps.

5. A cap inspecting system is applied to control on-off of elevator.
