1) This carbonated drink bottling machine is a unique design combining the three machines of bottle washing, filling and capping in one to decrease main power, to save space and to diminish the air pollution among the three machines.
2) The carbonated drink bottling machine is applicable for carbonated drink filled in plastic bottles and capped with plastic caps, with optional capacity from 2000BPH to 4000BPH.
3) The carbonated drink bottling machine is easy to change the shape of bottles, which can be done by changing the thumb wheel without adjusting the height of the machine.
4) Adopting suspensory transmission gear can easily upkeep and be repaired.
5) The carbonated soft drink bottling machine case and the parts contacting with the materials are made of stainless steel which ensures the good external look and easy washing.
6) It uses frequency changer to conrtol the main carbonated soft drink bottling line machine motor.
7) And it has an output number indicating function which is easy to control the adjustment of the output.
8) It adopts isobaric filling way.
A) The washing part
The bottle is blew into the bottle shifting wheel, when the flushing clamp reaches the bottle neck, the jaw will clamp the bottleneck, under the guidance of the rail, the clamp will turn the bottle 180°into an upright position, through second bottle pusher into the filling position.
B) The filling part
The filling part is manly composed of a filling valve and filling transmission parts. The washed bottle reaches the filling position via the bottle shifting wheel. In the mean time, the bottle clamping plate of the filling machine will clamp the bottle and move up. The air-opening valve is opened after receiving the signal of bottle coming, and the CO2 back pressure line is turned on until the pressure inside the bottle is equal to the pressure in the liquid tank. Then liquid valve spring automatically pops up to start filling, and the material poured into the bottle discharges CO2, and return to the liquid tank through the exhaust pipe. When the increasing liquid level seals the exhaust pipe and the pressure inside the bottle is higher than the pressure in the liquid thank, stop filling.
C) The capping part
The capping part consists of screw heads, capping transmission part, a sorting part and an under cover tube parts. The bottle which has finished filling will enter the capping position via the driving wheel. The photoelectric detection of the detecting signal detects the bottle, send a message to the valve cover, the cylinder cap will open, the caps will be blew into the cover plate by compressed air. The screw head which has magnetic torque will come down when it gets in a straight line with the bottle cap, the rotary cap ring gear seizes the cap and move forward, the cap lid the bottle and screw. When the torque out numbered the adjusted magnetic , the capping head will automatically slip, thus protect the cap from being damaged by the rotary cap ring gear. Bottles that have finished capping will be transported by the bottle pusher to the conveyor belt.
